Great Watch! Great Price! March 5, 2010 Roasty (Honolulu, HI) I've been wearing this watch for about 2 weeks so far. Excellent quality and design. The time keeping of this watch has been holding steady for an automatic. As long as you remember to wind it everyday, it should be just fine. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
I CAN'T HELP BUT LOVE IT. November 27, 2009 S. Swingler (Somerset,UK) Well, contrary to every other review I've read of this watch, mine loses time and always has done. It loses about a 30 seconds to a minute each day. That bothers me. I thought I'd bought a duff one until I started reading all the reviews, it seems automatic movement watches are a bit elastic in terms of time keeping. The watch is solid and heavy and the glass is VERY scratch resistant. Luminosity is very good. I like the fact that I can take this watch anywhere in the world and never have the battery fail on me. I'll live with the poor time keeping. I love it and wear it 24hrs a day, ok I take it off to have a bath. A brilliant watch but don't expect it to keep perfect time. A watch more suited to the Mediterranean mindset than that of say Germany or Switzerland!!!
Was great... for about a month March 28, 2009 Joe (Belize) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I had a Seiko Men's Diver's Watch for about 10 years, and it was great. Reading reviews on several of the Seiko models, I saw several complaints about watches gaining time; the SKX007K didn't have any of those complaints, so I went with it. It arrived looking great, and worked very well... for about a month.
Well, for the last two days it's been gaining between 5 and 10 minutes an hour. I just emailed the seller (I'm in Iraq and can't call). We'll see how responsive and user-friendly they are, but bear in mind your chances of getting a problem watch. Check the number of positive reviews, count how many complaints of gaining time (and I don't mean something trivial like gaining 3 seconds a day), and calculate the chances of having to go through what I'm dealing with now.
Awesome! October 18, 2008 Roderick C. Baxter (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
THE best dive watch in the world at this price. Robust automatic movement with fine accuracy. The best luminosity I have ever seen (way better than my Rolex Sub). Well constructed and thought out. A great dependable, rugged classic - can't go wrong!

The watch was as expected and works great. I had a Seiko before and I'm glad to have another one. I will never buy anything else.
